Interpersonal means, that it's a relationship or some actions between 2 or more people. Ex:  When two or more people are fighting, or sharing a good moment.

Intrapersonal means things that go on inside a person. Ex: So, like, the person(s) emotions.  When someone is mad, or sad, or happy.
