My poem needs work, but i don't know what to do to fix it, any ideas?

always at war with their minds
finding themselves lost by their own insanity
always struggling to find reality
trapped by the stiffening fear of mortality
always searching for someone to be their guide
escaping they find each other
together they are
tomorrow they will be
still dreaming they stay attached
falling slowly, hand in hand
always forgetting when you fly you have to land
