When siting an online article, do i have to mention who funded the paper. like in my situation the article only gives me two names that relates to the creation of the paper : "daniels fund ethics initiative" and then this right below it - "university of mexico". would i only include the university who actually wrote the paper or would i also include the organization who made the paper possible?
