(12) backpackers have to carry everything they need for the trip on their backs. (13) food and water are two necessities on any backpacking trip. (14) water is heavy. (15) a soft container called a bladder is popular for carrying water. (16) backpackers can also find water at natural sources. (17) this water must then be treated by boiling, filtering, or adding purifying agents. (18) many backpackers bring high-protein bars and meals made to fuel large amounts of physical activity. (19) this food is lightweight and pretty easy to pack and carry. (20) since backpacking has become more commercial, the food for backpackers has become tastier, cleverly packaged, and portable. (21) these pre-packaged meals make backpacking so much more enjoyable. (22) your mind is at ease, when you know good nutritious food is in your pack.

(23) it can feel like a struggle to pack, plan, and carry all the supplies necessary for a backpacking trip. (24) with patience, thoughtfulness, and practice, even novice backpackers will be able to relax alongside more experienced backpackers. (25) backpackers enjoy watching the clouds roll by, feeling the wind on their faces, and breathing in the fresh mountain air. (26) take up the challenge of backpacking. (27) you will be delighted that you did!
