If this is for u just imagine that u are in a safe place like the low water and if u want to stay in one place just put u arms out and kick u legs. hope this helped.

Well, taking swimming lessons can help.Whether it's private or public lessons, asking for advice and help may work out. A coach can help you relax and ease your fears. If it cannot work, just try and believe that you can do it and that you will not sink. I hope this helps!
