I would assume that this is Propaganda against Hitler so I would say that they would dislike this type of cartoon

I personally would say the Nazis are trying to tell people that even if the Jews talk sweet and act kind they are not at all. It warns Germans not to get caught in a Jews web (We could figure out it is a Jews web due to the fact the man has the Jewish star on his hat).
