what advice would you give to families about how to ages 17 to 18 late adolescence into healthy, happy adults?

Teach them about adulthood so they are prepared for the future.

Being aware of many responsibilities examples are and may vary: safe sex, not abusing drugs, paying their bills, spending money responsibly, taking care of themselves aka being organized are just some examples
