The answer to question 1 is first-person point of view.  This is called first person narrative is a way in which the story is narrated by one character at a time, talking about and for themselves. First-person narrative can be plural, singular or multiple, as well as being an authoritative, trustworthy or misleading "voice" and represents the point of view of writing. The right answer to question 2 is third-person point of view. In this case, the narrator works only as an observer of the story and tells the facts and actions from the point of view of the character. It uses the pronouns "she", "he" and "it" very much.
