You learn from failure. Failure teaches u many ways and lets you know what not to do in the present or future. Success could maybe be helpful, but it only helps you know what to do, except for what not to do. Knowing what not to do is more helpful because it tells you both, what to do and what not to do, because knowing what you cant do, helps you know what you can do.
