Help me with this poem, tell me what it means
Those who reside does not decide
That is a symbol for the dead
Those residing are now at peace
Thus they do not decide
But those who's yet to reside
Also, does not decide
They simply wait to reside
Although others do decide
They do not make it out alive
Thus making this world,
A place where actions do not match solution
