Essay/ analytical response
Believing that one’s level intelligence is fixed, or unchanging, from birth (i. e. the “nature” side in the “nature v. s nurture” argument) can be a dangerous and self-defeating way to think, according to the author of the essay “Origin of Intelligence.”
Are there any similar problems in believing that a person’s intelligence is shaped mainly by their environment?
In an analytical response, argue whether there are any dangers to attributing a person’s intelligence mainly to socioeconomic factors (aka, factors relating to one’s place of birth, income/wealth, education, occupation, etc.) using textual evidence.
(if the answer does not meet all the expectations please do not answer)
