I definitely recommend this book. This book is very detailed by Kathleen Glasgow. This book is about 17 year old Charlie who was recently put into a mental hospital. She has a few mental problems. Charlie has depression, uses self harm methods and shows signs of ptsd. Charlie is released 3-6 weeks after she was admitted. When Charlie is released she moves to Arizona with her friend Mikey. Charlie ends up getting her own place and a job. Just when she was back on her feet, she fell into an even darker hole of depression, and almost died. 2 of her coworkers found her in her apartment, barely breathing. She then went to meet her coworkers grandfather where he offered her a job, to be his art assistant. She then flies to new York, and gets a new fresh start.
