Why do climbers want to climb Everest rather than any other mountain peak?​

Yes that's true even dangerous they want to climb Mount Everest rather than any other because:

1. Mount Everest is the Highest and most popular mountain and if you climb it then you will receive a huge honor and popularity.

2. Mount Everest is the gold standard for elite climber.

3. This is also challenge to prove your excellence on climbing because only few are those who made to the top and many died.
