I personally disagree with this. As some teenagers are immature and tend to act before thinking about something, a lot of them are matture- and will think about the consequences of their actions. Proof on why believe that, lots of ternagers nowadays have anxiety, and as most know- anxiety can make you think about all possible consequences. Another reason why think that is because- teenagers recently have matured, as there still are some that think everything is funny and who dont take anything seriously, theres lots that do
