a. work overload: when you have no work you don't need to worry about how much work you have to finish or do in a particular time frame, well except you are looking for a job  

b. so much personal time:   when you have no job, you can have time for the little things in life, like taking a walk, having time for your kids, unlike when you are loaded with work.

c. understanding people: with all this free time you can get to know yourself better and understand your environment like the people around you. not basic things but things you never noticed about yourself because of all the work u had.

d. reduces sadness or depressing: To be honest, working actually makes you depressed especially when you don't get to achieve your dreams because of it or even when you don't the kind of work you would like or enjoy kind of.    

e.   Building good personal habits: when you have time to organize yourself, you can set smart goals and achieve a lot of things you want to do and not have to worry about the work you have to do.
