Everyone defines a good United States president differently. There are several matters that determine if a president is fit or no longer fit. Over the years, the White House has seen a good amount of fit and unfit presidents. Aside from the rules that allow a person to run, there are a decent number of qualifications that differentiate a good and bad president. A president should be a role model for the country, setting an example for the rest. They should have leadership skills and high morals.
A president has to be a strong leader and pioneer for their country. They should be passionate about their job, their country, and their impact on their country. A president should have integrity. They should be polite, kind, generous, and positive. A president should be innovative and have creative thinking. A president must be able to quickly make decisions and make hard decisions too. The president should be confident because if they do not believe in themselves, how can they run a whole country? Not only should the president be smart, but they should also have a heart for there people. With everything put together, a president is sure to be successful and great at his/her job.

However, a president should also have a plan for the future. A lot of presidents in the past have failed because they did not have a plan for the country's future. Donald Trump is the perfect example of a president with a strong plan. He had a long list of ideas. He started from the top and implemented his ideas one by one. Our economy is the best it's ever been also our unemployment levels are the lowest they have ever been. Another president with a vision and plan for the future was Ronald Reagan. He was focused on a lot of goals. Reagan was a great president, he had a lot of accomplishments because he had a vision and a plan for America's future. Without a plan, there is no telling what could happen to the country.
A president should have great leadership skills, should be a good person, and should have a plan for the country and be selfless and put his people first. There are other factors that influence the success of a president, but I believe that these are the most important ones. Having an ideal president is not likely. We are all human and no one is perfect so as long that the president does his/her best for the country that is all that matters.
