Thanks very much for your email. I'm really sorry that your
aren't sleeping well because you're stressed.
My first suggest is that you ask your teachers if you can
have more time to do your homework. If you can't, then try
plan what you'll do each day. When I do this last year, it
helped me feel in control.
When you wake up early, I suggest you get up and read a
book for a while. You could also write your worries down in
a notebook. I'd recommend not going on your computer or
your phone. You may need stopping drinking coffee, too!
