Making plans helps you be more responsible .Being motivated directs your focus and attention. But resolutions tend to be all or nothing. We state them in a way that focuses on what we don’t want to do rather than what we do want to do.and we really do not plan on how to fufill at resoultion throughout the whole year so it would be meaningless . Not very much people keep there resoultion .
