Explanation:

Communication refers to the exchange of messages between a sender and a receiver. The sender initiates the message and the receiver is the receptor. Once the sender and receiver are able to establish a connection and send out and receive understable information between them, then communication is said to have been established. Several means of communication exists including oral which involves using verbal conversation where the parties have to talk in other to communicate. However, the use of written documents and sign languages for the less privilege are also valid means of communication once the main aim of communication is achieved.
