Odysseus Bad leader examples 3 plz

Odysseus is a terrible leader because he is hubris, does not have good communication skills, and makes horrible decisions. To begin, Odysseus is a hubris person and it greatly impacts his leadership skills. Hubris is when a person thinks they have more power than the gods and has pride in themselves.

This is only just a piece of what is wrong with Odysseus as a leader, because he did not take in what his men were saying they end up dying and good leaders listen to their followers and take their opinions before their own, which Odysseus never seems to do.

His Arrogance and his hubris

Because of this man's arrogance, his men ended up suffering most of the time because of it and because of his arrogance he blames his men for everything as if they had cursed them If Odysseus hadn't such a huge hubris or had so much arrogance they would have been home by now.
