The Tragedy and Oedipus the King both display seemingly normal people in positions that are compromising. Try focusing on the fact that Oedipus and Picasso both showed ordinary people who were damaged, in The Tragedy, it's through poverty, and in Oedipus, it's through an Oedipus complex.
