Why I think that way is because, internal conflict means when a person is  struggling with something within themselves. They want two contradicting wants, needs or desires help to build a character in themselves.  And external conflict means a struggle that takes place between the inside of themselves and some outside force. Usually, it occurs when we struggle against  someone else, and others that opposes the us throughout life. So these conflicts are used in everyday situations. And it's very easy to identify if it is going on.
