The impact that dance has had on me inside and outside the studio is outstanding! on the inside I have a creative outlet to be myself and dance with people I enjoy being around so much. when I’m outside of the studio it always keeps me motivated to better like I am when I am dancing! dancing has truly disciplined me and what I need to do, to get things done quickly, and to understand what hard-work truly is. How I plan to use my influence my future is remembering the hard-work I always had to do, how I want to better myself like how my director always wanted me to be better the next day. being in the studio has truly taught me so much. I believe that the impact that dance has on other people is truly to be inspired by another. how one person can inspire someone to move and push forward to be able to compete with others. I think dance is something that gets misconstrued a lot of times, but dance can truly change anyone’s life. (I tried my hardest! I don’t even dance so..!)

samuel gompers was an extremely important person in the american labor movement, being him an employee all his life he devoted himself to fight for the rights of his pairs, he believed they all had the right to have better thing and that they all were working for them but the factory workers were greedy, ambitions and socialist people for him who he didn't have a good concept of.

he gave so many speeches and led so many strikes and protest to fight for equality which he considered employers didn't want to accept, so he had an absolutely negative opinion of them.
