Going green can be tough, especially when you do not know where to start. But with the program "Go green" day, you can join millions of people doing conscious actions to take care of the environment for one day and make a subtle transition to the green path life. The benefits that Go Green day has are countless. They go from improving your lifestyle to taking care of pollution.

As regards lifestyle, Go Green day can help people realize how much waste they generate per day. Since every action must be done consciously, the use of things, such as disposable cups, water bottles, plastic bags, amongst others, should be avoided or reduced to a minimum. Also, people can opt for public transport or riding a bike to their destinations. As a consequence, they would reduce the emissions of toxic gases and improve their health. The changes in our lifestyle can be infinite, some options are:

-Consume organic food.

-Carry your bags.

-Turn off and unplug the devices that are not in use.

-Carpooling.

-Buy plastic-free products.

-Recycle.

-Plogging.

-Go paperless.

By trying small actions from one day, you would see all the things that you can do for our planet and see which ones suit you best to stick with them. Besides, taking care of the environment is also taking care of your economy and your health. We all win.
