In the book lord of the flies what instances of foreshadowing occur in chapter 1?

The boys get stranded on an island. The first to meet were Ralph and Piggy. They had a fairly peaceful encounter, though Ralph judged Piggy and made fun of him. They soon meet a boy named Jack, who also humiliates Piggy. This foreshadows that Piggy would be a victim of bullying.

All the boys eventually meet up. They decided to elect a leader, or a "chief." Ralph and Jack are nominated, but Ralph becomes the official chief. Jack is, obviously, not happy about it. Jack is evidently not afraid to do anything it takes to get what he wants. This foreshadows that there will be constant conflict between Ralph and Jack throughout the novel.
