I am writing to you to ask for your help!

As you know, keeping up to date with children's health policies is a key part of my role as an apprentice
nursery nurse, it is important for me to have access to the policies online whilst I am at work.

Unfortunately, due to an IT fault, my workplace access to the internet is blocked at the moment.

I would be grateful if you could look into this as soon as possible? It is preventing me from doing myjob
properly, and I worry that I will fall behind in my placement if it continues for much longer.
