The ONLY part I need help with is including descriptive sensory details in one of my paragraphs, which is based on how eating fruits and veggies helps maintain happiness. Please try to match my writing style. Best answer gets Brainliest! Here's what I have so far:

One of my favorite things to do is eat. I’ve increased my happiness by adding more leafy greens into my diet, like kale. I have also added fruits that are not only good for my health but also make me happy to eat, like kiwi. Increasing your fruit and vegetable intake may be your key to happiness. Studies have found that improvements in happiness were seen for each extra daily portion of fruit and vegetables. According to Redzo Mujcic and Andrew J. Oswald, “Increased fruit and vegetable consumption was predictive of increased happiness, life satisfaction, and well-being.”.
