Argument: There should be higher fines for drivers who do not stop at red lights. Claim: Drivers will stop at red lights if they are fined for going through them. Which revision to the claim best supports the argument? Going through a red light is illegal. The current fines are generating a lot of money for the city. People do not feel safe on the street when they know drivers are not stopping at red lights. The current fines are not high enough to discourage drivers from going through red lights.
