um katniss and peeta go back to the games because it is the quarter quell and she makes alliances they go in the game and peeta gets electrocuted almost dies but comes back to life and then katniss is happy then deadly fog comes and burns them and then they got all the bumps out the finnick odair partner sacrifices herself and then they made more alliances and then they found out that the games they are in is a clock and it enters different steps and then katniss and peeta gets split up and then katniss knocks the barrier and gets electrocuted and then she gets out of the games cause she passed out then never saw peta again till the next book

through negative experiences we learn many things its sort of like karma if u do something bad to someone and u get a consequence u dont like the next time u wont do it again and as for positive ur not really learning anything and another example for negativity people didnt want barrack obama as president because they thought he was the worst and he was taking but now we have donald trump   and hes   is not anyone and shut down the government over sum petty stuff unlike barrack obama who shut down the government because they did not want to give health care to the community and now these people who want him out want him in now

you can change by someone having a negative opinon of you in many ways for example thi can lead to depression and taking of ones life also known as sucide this effects there self esteem and ego in a negative way making them feel sad depressed and stressed causing them to act gloomy and sad if this continuses this can lead to self harm or much worse things.
