Not a physical list. But as a hobby I list things in my head. I constantly ask myself, what are the pros vs the cons. Like if I do my work now, I can spend my time guilt-free vs I'll miss a show or live stream. Also list what is important to you and think do you really need it. Think how others may be affected and what will happen if you do or don't.
