You have previously written the introduction and body paragraphs of your compare and contrast article. Now you will write the conclusion to complete this compare and contrast article.
Be sure to use the information you previously collected in your Compare and Contrast Organizer and your writing.
In your conclusion, remember to:
Use a conclusion transition phrase at the beginning of your paragraph
Rephrase your thesis
Summarize the main ideas in your article
Include a statement of hope about the future
Write four or more complete sentences
Write in formal style using the third person point of view.
Use correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Add your introduction and body to the conclusion.
Save your work to your computer or drive.
