Guys always love your parents

I Mean if they constantly make me feel like cr#p

then im not gonna love them, im gonna cut them off.

But yeah love your parents, they might be the only thing you have.

And you don't know when it's their time to go.

(If your parents mentally hurt you in some way, tell them or tell someone else.)

(If they physically hurt you on purpose or out of abuse then contact somebody like your grandparents -> friends -> siblings (anyones who cares))

So if you're being hurt please speak up, you have a voice don't let anyone stop you from speaking up about what happens to you behind the screens. <3

self-monitoring is in other words holding back your emotions for the better good. usually, people who can't hold their excitement, temper, or any other emotions, need to self-monitor themselves.   lol
