I think you'd want to keep bringing up specific eco friendly facts about the house, since that's the most important thing in selling this house; Especially if the buyer isn't looking to really buy that house then the "eco-friendly" just might sell them. I think this is a really "sellable" thing even if the buyer isn't looking for it.
