The first man was Adam and first lady was Eve.

According to Islamic literature Adam was the first man created and Eve was the first lady. They both were placed in the heavens, but on the persuasion of the devil they disobeyed Allah, as a punishment of which, both were thrown to the earth separated by vast distances between them.

In Islam it is believed that Adam was created by angels on the instructions of Almighty God and when he was thrown to the earth , afterwards his children were born  from Eve.

According to other religions such as Christianity and other religion Adam was created from the earth etc.
