   Teenagers' internal clocks change while school schedules don't causing a influxation in sleep.  The relationship between teenagers' internal clocks and school schedules is  a negative one. Schools start early in the day and most teens sleep late and wake late leading to less than 8 hours of sleep.  The text says" But despite the change in their internal body clocks, school start times and other schedules don’t change." The best way to fix the relationship is to start school later in the morning. Until that happens students will be sleep deprived due to the school schedules and their own internal clocks.
