The correct answer is actually B.

Plagiarism 

                 Plagiarism is using someone else's work without giving proper credit. Schools deal with plagiarism by giving the cheaters academic consequences. Most teachers will fail you for plagiarizing work.

                 Your teacher may not be able to take you to court over it, but they can certainly fail you. There is also a possibility that you might even get suspended or expelled from school if you do this repeatedly.

                Copyright infringement is using someone else's work without getting the owners permission. They have created it.

                The owner of a copyright gets to decide who can legally make copies of their work. It is illegal to copy large sections of someone work without their permission, even if you give the original author some credit. Imagine someone making copies of the movie "The Jungle Book" without asking for permission. They sure won't get away with it just by giving the authors credit.
