If your talking about the book that Augustus gave her, then she would be concerned about them because she doesn't want Augustus to tell her about the book, she want's to find out what happens by her self. It's kind of like when people are planning on watching a movie and then they go to school and tell their friends that they are going to go see that movie and their friend has already seen the movie, obviously they aren't going to want their friend to tell them what happens before they go to the movies. That's kind of like what happened in the book. If that is what you meant by spoilers.
