Look at your classmates, and ask yourself if your culture is healthy or unhealthy. How can you tell if you're living in a toxic culture? Write out a strategy to help improve and motivate the people in your community to embrace the positive principles of the group. How can you create a healthy environment where people respect the cultural norms and rules and don't feel like they'll be punished for messing up? How can you encourage them to find their purpose?
