In conclusion, the reader can see that Giblin provides sufficient information in order to prove that the Rosetta Stone was an important tool in the discovery of ancient Egyptian culture, that his book is easy to understand, and he shows plenty of examples that support the idea that  hieroglyphs are difficult to understand. I believe that if the Rosetta Stone had not been discovered, then ancient Egypt culture, written in hieroglyphic and demotic symbols, would have been lost for another 1,400 years. The riddle of the Rosetta Stone was truly a remarkable and enlightening key to unlocking the Egyptian past.
