How do I reply to this email? please help meh

( I am reaching out to you because I would like to find out more information why you joined girls lacrosse this semester. I have sent emails in the past and discussed in practices the importance of attending and being on camera, but there hasn't been any change. Those who are on my team in the Fall semester have the intention of playing in the Spring season. I would like to know if you have that intention.

Also, you are in danger of failing for the semester. Keep in mind that you need two years of PE to graduate. I will need to see improved attendance and on screen participation in workouts in order for you to pass the class. You are also able to make up practices with extra workouts or Flex-Time workouts. Please let me know if you need any other support. )

I am deeply sorry for not regarding the pst emails. I would like to make it up to you by working on my independence immediately. I am a little camera shy (say it even if not) so it just makes a feel weird if you’ll understand. I truly do have the intention of playing in the spring. I love lacrosse and I wouldn’t want to stop playing it. That being said there wouldn’t be a reason for me to only play one season when I can play two. I understand that I am in danger of failing and I have taken immediate action to work against that. I’m hoping you’ll allow me to stay since I will be playing throughout high school, so the 2 years of PE won’t matter (even if you only stay 2 say it, it’s more convincing). I would love to make up practices, what times are available for me to do so?
