I was excited to learn about the new city we would be moving to, including what types of activities were popular there and whether the other kids enjoyed the same things as people from my hometown. D. I was certain everything would be better in the new city, but at the same time I felt like I was leaving my old friends behind to pursue newer and much more interesting things.
