there are a million reasons that parents make their children clean. It can be very beneficial for both parties if it is done the right way. I grew up in a house where my mother and father NEVER cleaned. They made my sister and I clean every part of the house and they literally only clean every once in a blue moon. Literally, my mom will clean twice a year. No joke. My grandma lived with us so our house was never insanely dirty but compared to my friend's homes, I was a mess. I didn’t realize just how bad it was until I went to school and found that I could not keep my dorm clean... No matter what I did or tried to do it just seemed like it would always get messy again. By the end of the year, I was able to improve tremendously but I still have a long ways to go. I came home and I currently am still here and I literally want to pull my pubic hair out (I started waxing while here so hey I kinda am). I'm so irritated and frustrated because I go out of my way to clean and literally hours later either my mother, brother, father, younger brother, sister, or grandmother (bless her heart she is old and can not see so I do not blame her) are somewhere making a mess. It's so annoying because I am a student and I work. I do not just have so much time to be wasting on cleaning when the house literally never stays clean. My parents do not care. I literally have to tell my parents to tell my younger brothers to clean. What type of mess is that And even after they tell them to clean they DON’T DO IT. The issue is my parents themselves don’t clean. When you are raising children you need to instill in them qualities that will benefit them when they leave home. These are things that have to be taught through what they see more than what they do. If a child sees a parent NEVER cleans and they always have their kids cleaning their messes guess what that child will take from it? They will become what their parents are and they will not be tidy or neat what so ever. I literally can not wait to move out so I can live a clean happy life on my own. I had to learn on my own how to be neat and it is so frustrating trying to teach others that are grown and unimpressionable.

i have recently ordered a product from your online shop. the shipping details read that my order would be delivered by the 8th of december, whereas it was delivered the 13th. i needed the package for a christmas exchange. 

since i paid for overnight shipping, but did not receive the package in the time allotted, i am kindly asking for a refund. the product was just perfect, but i do not believe i should have to pay for a quick shipping if it came late.
