Now that you have brainstormed a list of issues affecting your community we are going to have a Town Council meeting in which you and a group of up to 8 students will meet in a break-out room to discuss one issue each.
Each person must introduce one of their proposed issues. Then, you will vote on which issue the council (you and your group) believes they would be able to understand and potentially solve.
After voting on a topic, discuss and decide what information you would need to better understand how that problem is affecting your community.
In the area below, EACH OF YOU tell me what topic your group agreed to address and what information your group would need to try to solve the problem.
How could they government collect this information? (Think about our studies on Privacy Issues).
