what should i do...my mom leaves the house for 2-4 days and does not come home for those days. It started once she got divorced (when i was 4) I don't want to report her because she's my mom...idk what to do

Try talking to her about it, If she is your legal guardian she should have some influence in your life. When you see her talk to her about how you feel and how you can sort out the issue with eachother.

If you are old enough, maybe you can start working and finding a way to live on your own (though I do not suggest that, though it is a possibility)? If it is completely necessary, do report her, especially if this situation is extremely serious. Like, do you at least have food? Do you know how to cook/do laundry/etc.? Also depending on how old you are, it can be worse. If you're young, you shouldn't be left unsupervised for so long. Talk to a trusted adult about your situation and give them all the information you need. Make sure that they can help you and understand what is going on. Also depending on what your mom is like, maybe you should just have a discussion with her when she is home, or maybe find a way to contact her when she is away? She really needs to be more responsible, to say the least. I don't know your exact situation, but I wrote out all I could that may help you out. Do what you feel is absolute best and do please get some sort of help. You shouldn't be home alone all the time, it isn't safe. And if you ever need/want to talk/vent, I'm here. :)

the person may lose interest on how he or she is or looks like, or even who he or she is. the main focus is trying to survive, or suffer less, looking forward to eating, dreaming about being free one day.

in this situation is very difficult to think about development. it's rather impossible.
