What is the difference between a fiction story and a drama? Fiction stories are written as a narrative in prose; Dramas are written mainly in dialogue and meant to be performed by actors. Fiction stories can be read in your head or aloud, but dramas have to be read aloud by multiple people. Fiction stories are made-up; Dramas are real-life stories. There are no differences between the two.
