Hey guys! I wrote a poem in under 100 words about the theme "Trapped" Watch out for the twist at the end! Give me any tips and rate it, please! I watch as the water corners my shoulders and slowly creeps up my neck. I feel my lungs loose air, it's such a bare to stay afloat. The chains narrow around my wrists. My chest feels like an arrow drove through it. I try to squint my eyes to read the tiny print on the wall across the blank room. “It’s okay Max, just calm down. You're just in the surgery room. Your anesthesia didn’t work,” a distant voice said. I feel my body sink into the darkness.

Read the excerpt from the common sense of bicycling: bicycling for ladies. the bicycle is capable of such high speed that there is a strong temptation to ride so fast as to cause over exertion or excessive perspiration. on the other hand some people ride too slow, causing a zigzag and uncertain movement. while exercising reasonable caution, be a fearless rider. when you come to a steep hill, if the road is clear, let it go as fast as it will. if you rid yourself of that ghost of fear, coasting is one of the greatest delights of cycling. which is the best paraphrase of the text?
