I believe my grandfather is a hero. First, he fought in the Vietnam War and he was in the Navy. He survived both and he lives now at age 66. Me and my sister are his only grandchildren because our mother is the only one of his kids that is alive today. My grandfather has stage 3 of Cancer. He has had cancer since last year in June, when we found out. Second, He has fought through everything since 1954. He raised 3 kids, and he is now raising 2 grandchildren, with his third wife. Last, he got through my aunts death and my uncles death. My grandfather is and always will be, my hero.
