Plz help I'm not very smart

kenny´s more than 25 years of relevant public service. in the army for two decades, as official representative for four years, and now for the department of state, as ambassador. this career clearly demonstrates great capacities in the public sector.

i think it may be b, i'm not exactly too sure on this. but b seems to make more sense.

a is an educated guess about what will happen.

c. prediction

when new information proves that a reader's prediction is wrong, the reader should

make a new prediction based on the new information.
