Wat Tyler’s ultimate goal in the above mentioned book can be seen as mentioned below:

•Wat Tyler was the person who the peasants appointed as their leader while revolting against the government.

•His ultimate goals were several such as equality for all men in terms of their freedom, rank as well as the power they had.

•It was also his desire to eliminate the hierarchy and also destroy the church, in a bid to demand freedom for all the people.

Therefore, to achieve all these goals he tried to kill the men at the top along with the archbishop.
