uhh, It's a story about an old woman and a black cat. I assumed that since it's for a 4 year old it wouldn't need to be too long, hopefully this does well! it's 240 words.

There once was a black cat, who caused everyone bad luck. It would trip them, scare them, and steal from them. People disliked the black cat for this, but it was only a black cat. A black cat with bad luck that is.

On one fateful night, the cat gave quite a fright to a little old woman dressed in all white. It was a halloween eve, and the moon was full, as the cat ran all through the yard, mewing and meowing. The little old woman dressed in all white spotted the cat who gave her a fright. She passed in the kitchen and thought up a plan. She picked up a broom and lifted her skirts. She stormed right up and bonked the black cat. The cat fell asleep.

She didn’t harm it, no, she casted a spell on it. The young black cat who caused everyone bad luck, would now only bring good. The little old woman who dressed in white cared for the cat. She nursed it, and helped it, and taught it to be good. With the help of the little old lady who dressed in white, the black cat had the time of its life. It was so happy in fact, it decided to spend all 9 lives with the little old lady who dressed in white. The black cat with good luck and the little old lady in white lived happily ever after.
